The price depends on a few factors. Every property is very different and unique. 

I charge by the hour or by the day and will always visit the property before starting a job. Occasionally, with enough information I can give you a rate over the phone but still need to visit the property before starting a new project.

Minimum hours or days apply depending on the location of the job.

Things I have to consider are as follows:

• Size of the property
• Estimated length of the job
• What is the terrain like
• Is there a lot of large rock
• How dense is the brush to be cleared
• Fuel cost
• Location and distance to and from the job each day
• Which attachments will be used
• For jobs in county's that I travel to and overnight in hotels (or my RV for long term) there is typically a  16 hour 2 day minimum and mobilization charge (depends on how far away) 

I accept Cash, checks 

•  Please note that payment is due each Friday for days worked during the week and on the last day of services unless a prior agreement has been reached.

• For out of town customers I Email a invoice which can be paid with a check.or direct deposit.
• For all work there is typically at least a 8 hr minimum. All depends on your job location.
• For jobs in county's that I travel to and overnight in hotels (or my RV for long term) there is typically a 3 to 4 day -  minimum . (depends on how far away)

              Normally work from 8 hours per day 5 days a week, year round.

We Run "highly maintained enclosed late model equipment" with many attachments to get the job done fast and efficiently as possible. 

We specialize in selective Rock Milling,  land clearing and property beautification using a high speed forestry mulcher that is excellent for mulching and grinding up dense thick brush and underbrush and clearing around oaks and other large trees that customers always want to keep. 

The Rock crusher is in a league of its own and is excellent for crushing excessive rock and mixing it with the top soil.  If your tired of all that rock on your property, rock milling is the way to go.

We also specialize in the more traditional method of "pile and burn" where different attachments are used to remove the old growth cedar - Mesquite and other brush. Tree shears can also be used, typically on property's with lots of rock or larger trees to be removed.
